Easy Conquest Shards

CG can we please have Conquest Toon Shards in Easy and Normal, just way less than Hard conquest, that way we can make progress even when not able to take on the challenges of Hard. I would love to work toward 33 but I do not have near enough power for Hard. I know for balance and progression, and sake to tempt us to buy stuff, things are the way they are, but I want to think that doing earlier conquests are worth it.
