Zaul= AOE daze, which means no countering and no tm gains from using special abilities. And no assisting (which phoneix has a lot of)
DT= has AOE healing immunity as well as terminate to use against backup plan
Palpy= shock and stun.
These 3 can completely shut down a phoenix squad.
