It does make sense why its a bug because of the wording of his ability, but at the same time, it is a huge nerf to the cody/echo combo. They both need to be reworked or looked at.
The bug on echo was the only way echo was getting any play, and it is also thw only reason codys special will cooldown atva decent rate. It needs to be able to cooldown faster because his hp is so low he may not have a hance to take another turn.
On a side note, echo was my last actual purchase in the game when he was released, and i was thinking about buying cody shards to finish my clone team, but nevermind. Glad i havent spent a dime since.
