Emperor Palpatine Event @ Level 70 with 7* possible?

Hi. I would like to ask those experienced players out there if I can beat EP on 7* with the following setup: Lando, STH, Biggs, Luke and Scarif Rebel Pathfinder all at Level 70 and all on Gear Lev...

By the end of the event I would be Level 70 so the toons will be 70. And the question was will it be enough to get EP at 7*?
