Emperor's Demise Event for rebels?

Why exactly do people think that this is the same format as the Yoda event? No one has announced the rewards for this event, so it doesn't really make sense to assume that Emperor Palpatine would be the reward for this event.
I'm not saying that that's not what this is, but don't jump the gun and assume that Palpatine shards will be the reward. Maybe it's just another rando event, or maybe it will reward a high-value rebel character, or maybe it will simply be terrible and get pulled.
The last "major" event was Empire toons killing Ewoks and the rewards for that were primarily credits. It makes sense for Empire characters to go up against Ewoks because, well, everyone hates Ewoks and wants to kill them all anyways, but especially the Empire, so why wouldn't it make sense for Rebel toons to go up against Empire toons for credits?
The only thing 100% certain is that people will complain about the event no matter what it is.
