Episode Pass

I have a problem with purchasing the Episode Pass. I bought it, but it didn’t activate. I contacted help.ea.com, but they couldn’t help me activate it. Then I contacted the in-game support, and they also couldn’t help. The Restore Purchase button doesn’t work. I contacted Apple for a refund and they returned my money. After that, I bought the Episode Pass again, but it still didn’t activate.

The problem is that the money is charged from my Apple Wallet and the transaction is successful, but the pass does not activate in the game.

What should I do? There were no problems with the previous Episode Pass.

My allycode is 574-331-176.

  • I'm no mobile game expert, but it sounds to me like you might have accidently unlinked your account or it is not linked to your apple account.  Do you have multiple accounts?  Do you play on mobile or the computer?  Open a ticket in game and see if they can assist you with cause, don't hold your breath on this one, online might direct you to the forums, but at least you will have exhausted that avenue.
