Episode Pass
I have a problem with purchasing the Episode Pass. I bought it, but it didn’t activate. I contacted help.ea.com, but they couldn’t help me activate it. Then I contacted the in-game support, and they also couldn’t help. The Restore Purchase button doesn’t work. I contacted Apple for a refund and they returned my money. After that, I bought the Episode Pass again, but it still didn’t activate.
The problem is that the money is charged from my Apple Wallet and the transaction is successful, but the pass does not activate in the game.
What should I do? There were no problems with the previous Episode Pass.
