I completed t2 with Lv24 Kleya and Lv23 Vel. Maybe you can reach those levels before the event ends and you’ll have lost nothing?
How??? I have the exact same levels and can't even get close to killing a single enemy. I die in 2-3 hits and they can survive 4 hits each easily. Even if I get lucky enough to land blind on everyone turn 1 I still can't survive long enough to get a kill.
Look for the enemy with the least health and kill them first. I know that is what I did for the guild alt account, and that acct completed tier 2 with Vel at level 22 and Kleya at L24.
