Evasion is rigged - proven.

So I got B2 sbd. He debuffed an enemy that has no evasion. (So now a -25% chance to evade) Next two attacks on said target were evaded. Added because I'm bored of the ignorant replies that all...

Excuse my ignorance, but I don't understand why proof is needed that evasion is rigged. These guys keep stats on everything, right down to the average number of sugars each dev takes on the second Tuesday of every month (and I can prove that).

If evasion is rigged, and I'm not saying it is or it isn't, they KNOW
