Evasion is rigged - proven.

So I got B2 sbd. He debuffed an enemy that has no evasion. (So now a -25% chance to evade) Next two attacks on said target were evaded. Added because I'm bored of the ignorant replies that all...

Much like World of Warcraft, you had an actual dodge stat. It could be 0, yet you could still dodge. You could even have a dodge debuff, and still dodge. Why?

Because regardless of buffs/debuffs/bonus to dodge stats, your base dodge is always 5%. Always. Period.

So, quite possibly, this game is set up the same way.
No dodge team leader? Well guess what:
5% base dodge - 25% dodge debuff = 5% base dodge. Because you can't drop below the base.

That is literally programmed into almost every game I know of, I cant think of why it would be different here.
