With the introduction of some anti evasion characters, and the recent addition of mods, accuracy in particular, the problem is probably assumed to be "fixed".

I didnt and dont really have issues with dodge, i know i'm in the minority. Maybe thats why I dont feel for the half/dodge thing you are proposing. But i dont really like it, sorry.
