Stacking accuracy mods is a terrible solution. A single character should not dictate how 5 characters each use 6 of their mod slots. If that's what it actually takes, evade needs a very hard look.
Evasion itself is not so bad, it's Old Bens second part that makes it hardcore. +30% TM AFTER they completely voided an action is a huge swing. There a reason why Old Ben is the #1 used lead in the game right now.
