I agree with most of what people have to say here. Obviously lists will change from server to server but I started when the game first came out and my server is packed to the gills with old Ben or Dooku meta. A couple droid lists out there but only a hand full in the top 100.
My problem with dodge is as many of you mentioned above. Accuracy mods would be a great counter. But I haven't gotten any yet and don't see them flooding the market any time soon.
I agree that even if you did have accuracy mods then you're not really fixing anything, you're just giving up valuable mod space so you can finally consistently hit an opponents team when they've spent their mods to make their list super (fast, critical, offensive, etc).
I have a 4* B2 and agree again. While 7 star may be amazing he's not really a viable option as to get him to 7* would cost a ludicrous amount of money. A Ps4 game cost 60 bucks. Requiring spending hundreds on a single toon to be in the top 100 is a silly notion.
When a character's attack is dodged most effects of that character are negated as well. The way I see it that's a 2 for 1 power. No other power in the game can compete with that. That power is essentially saying, you don't do damage, AND I cancel your special effect, AND I get some other benefit like turn meter or damage up. Hence my suggestion to make it do 1/2 damage instead. Or hell, take baby steps. Maybe try reducing damage to 0 first but at least let the potency vs tenacity play out and see if the attack advantages take hold.
Anyone else see a better way of keeping the evade power in the game and effective but removing over the top nature of it?
By the way you guys have been amazing on this forum. Great feedback, no trolling even if you don't agree. Very impressed.
