I concur. The RNG is garbage. There needs to be a better system of who goes first. If the Exec pilot is faster, that Exec should go first. I shouldn't be getting beaten by Execs with slower pilots and worse relics on most of the ships and the zetas being roughly equal, mods all 6 dot, while my opponent having underdeveloped special ship skills on half of their ships.
Hard pass. Speed on individual pilots should not determine ship speed.
You learning how to win going second is much easier than starting yet another mod race.
