Gear selling

Like mods, I feel like I should be able to sell gear.

I am unsure if I just dont know how to do it but just incase it doesn't exist, I'd like to suggest the ability to sell gear. I have sooooo much low tier gear that is completely useless, like 600+ tier 1 gear.

  • Yes, most gear can be used for that. You aren't selling for credits but if once you have the scavenger available google guides on the most effecient ways of selling gear for each relic piece and you should be able to stock up quite a bit on each piece.

Songetas guide here explains it well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wV50fCZHyuY&pp=0gcJCY0JAYcqIYzv

You can "sell" the gear to the scavenger to get supplies to relics up your charecters

  • What a lovely place you're in- once you start using the scavenger for relic mats you'll be wishing you still had that amount spare! Enjoy it while it lasts!

  • Be thankful you cannot sell gear for credits of any kind. You'd be back in the forums in a few months beat red and screaming about how CG would ever let you sell precious relic materials.

So when I start using the scavenger I get to sell my gear? I'm talking about Mk 1 Blastech Weapon Mod, for example. Are you saying I can sell those, or relic mats? To clarify I don't have scavenger unlocked yet.

But in the same way that you can sell mods, like for credits?

What do you mean by relic materials? I don't have scavenger unlocked yet. I get your point though, but surely it would be a quality of life improvement if the player gets to choose how they use excess inventory.

Enjoy what though? I've got thousands of low level gear doing nothing in my inventory. I feel like there should be two stores in the scavenger, one for relic mats, and the other to buy credits or training droids with excess gear, which can be accessed by the time you unlock Galactic Battles: War.

Relic materials are the bits you need to get characters up relic levels which is the level past G12 where you have bought all the G12 pieces. So essentially characters go from Purple to Yellow (Gear 12) then Red/Blue/White (Relic) outlines. You may have seen them on other players rosters.

Enjoy that as you don't need them yet that once you start farming relics (and also G12) you initially may not have a bottleneck but this surplus quickly gets used up.
