Hi, when this event will start. I searched but didn't find something recent. on 15th of every month or is other period. Thanks.
It will appear in the Journey Guide on the 15th of the month

Executor event is on the 15th, requiring you to go through Journey Guide if you don't have it unlocked. Executrix event should be permanently available in Events if you don't have it 7*. But I'm guessing you were intending to ask about the former.
