Feature Request: Remove Abandon button from Heroic tier raids

The Raid Abandon button is large, red and shiny and is just begging to be pressed. It is incredibly distracting even to a veteran officer. Abandoned raids count against players' weekly raid tickets....

We did this when STR launched, we aimed too high (but not heroic) and there would have been no way to end the raid otherwise. It would have taken us a month to get through.
