How often does the finalizer appear and how many shards will i get? Like how long will it take to get it to 5 stars from the day i unlock it

Unlock at 4*, 65 blueprints to get to 5*. Event runs 2x a month, so 3.5 months. To get to 7* you’re looking at 12.5 months from time of unlock.
Unless you buy blueprints for crystals.
