Legendary Characters Unlocked by GAC

You haven't argued why this is a good idea.  Wouldn't it be elitist?

I've never been a fan of locking rewards behind PVP. I didn't like it when they did it with droid brains in TW and I think I'd like it even less if they did it with character shards in GAC. If both a win and a loss resulted in the same reward, I could be ok with it since I play GAC for crystals anyway. 

If it created more pressure to engage in GAC, I'm with chp. Hard pass.

Burnout is real - voting present for a few rounds of GAC every now and then is one of the ways I avoid it. If I couldn't do that without stressing about a character unlock, it would be hard for me to continue to enjoy the game.
