Just this and the rest of the game...
It doesn't matter if you upgrade characters in coliseum. The score you set the first time cannot be beaten even with an upgraded character, why is this? Is it because of the stupid amount of rng in the game, or poor design?
I am able to improve my score, even if I do an attempt, upgrade, then do another attempt on the same boss same day. Which boss (all of them?) are you struggling with? Perhaps there are some tips someone could help you?
Just simple RNG. Sometimes you luck out early and get a fantastic score. Other times you keep inching up with each attempt. People like to say strategy doesn’t matter and you should just auto the battles but they’re wrong. Correct strategy and RNG greatly affect your score. If you do the right strategy when RNG smiles upon you, no further attempts will do better.
Granted, if it’s literally your first attempt out the gate you may not realize how well you did.
