It's clear this game doesn't want balance, but they want an evolving meta. Not every characters is "viable" right now, but most of the characters have been viable at one point in time. That's just the way it is, trying to change that (or having the illusion that it's even something the devs strive for) will end up in dissappointment.

People will always complain. People also seem to forget that the devs did exactly what the playerbase wanted more than a few times. It's not perfect, but it will never be perfect.
