OP is spot on.
Except for the fact that part of his post is based entirely on something that is factually incorrect and he just made up and much of the rest is "I spent money, listen to me!!!!!" whining about things which are fine - as Leef pointed out rather succinctly.
The part about fixing bugs that have been around for a long time (or should have been caught by "QA" - yeah, I can't type that without laughing) I agree with. Everything else in the OP is trash.
