Fix revives please

Now that we have another character that prevents revives can we fix the bug where if you use a guarantee revive, like jawa eng or ewok elder, it can fail even if there are toons that didn't die to an execute.

I believe the problem lies is the program leaving them in the "list" of potential revive candidates even though they can't be.
