Fed up. I am FED UP with this ridiculous matchmaking, putting me against someone with twice my GP whose teams I can't even scratch! There should be a limit to the difference of GP you're put up against, and I'm now being bullied out of a ton of crystals because some genius doesn't bother trying to move up the ranks but has no problem beating the snot out of my defense! Yeah, I'm mad.
Match making is a formula used to find and sort matches. We play the 7 people nearest to us in the rankings. So, there's no match making formula.
Depending on the situation I agree or disagree. The system is very fair if everybody puts in the same amount of effort. GP is poor for making fair match ups. However, it's not fair to play vs somebody that only plays now and again.
Players that have fallen so far that they are clearly way over-sized for the league or division do need to be dealt with separately. "If your roster is ***% over the average size of the division, you will be grouped with other over-sized rosters" would fix the issue.
It’s random based on your SR, there really isn’t any meaningful matchmaking, just players with the same score when the bracket is put together.
.....are you off your rocker? Of course there's matchmaking, otherwise I wouldn't be paired up with another player during these rounds.
Set a better defense 🤷
Good news - there is no matchmaking, so there’s nothing to fix.
