The higher the damage the better the rewards.
We don't like and don't want to compete with each other for rewards in my guild.
It is ridiculous and sad in the same time, that with the current system someone could get a low rank reward for 5M dmg, because ~20 players can solo the rancor. It is a good score, they deserve a good reward! And all the 0 scores would get the same reward, regardless of player id. Fair solution and I know it shouldn't be hard to implement.
Here is the problem with that. First there are people who are like me that step down and score a 0 to allow others to achieve Han Solo shards so they can unlock him. Secondly if people are lucky enough to get whole pieces of gear at lower levels this helps them progress and gear thier toons so that they are able to try and compete with the top players. If they change this system to only suit the top players the lower players will never be able to climb plus people like myself and many others who step down to help players try to achieve something will even more be penalized for trying to help. If people are soloing the entire raids trust me they don't need anymore help with thier rosters. You need to learn team work.
