Fix your game

I've been playing since 2015, and this is close to the worst state the game has ever been in. I almost just lost my gac match because the game froze for 12 seconds with 18 seconds left on the clock and timed me out vs Ahsoka. She died right as the clock hit zero. I would have won that if the game was working. Almost timed out against Rey because the game froze for 45 seconds during my fight with her. God only knows what freezing nonsense my opponent struggled with. This game is 10 years old. You should know how to launch updates without breaking it by now. You have no excuse. Fix the **bleep** game. My wallet is closed until this is handled. Hopefully not alone in that.

    So far, there are 2 people here claiming this started with the new update. In order to get this investigated, we need to go through some troubleshooting first since there are so few reports of it. Performance can also vary greatly by device. As an example, my older Pixel phone has occasional freezing that lasts about a second. Both the PCs I play on have no issues. I have an older Android tablet where the game runs quite slow so I stopped using it.

    We'll have to wait for some other reports to come in before we can raise an issue regarding the latest update. Let me know if you change your mind about trying a different device. That will help narrow down what is causing this.

  • Consider this a 3rd report. I never had issues with the store before, but ever since the update everything, animations included, freeze for a solid second and a half whenever I purchase anything.

  • I'm glad they are acknowledging this and looking into it. Its getting progressively worse

  • I have the latest iPhone, did the whole clear cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, tried PC etc etc and it’s STILL LAGGING!!! It’s cost me multiple GAC battles, TW battles and is becoming incredibly frustrating. I don’t mind spending my real world cash on a game that works, but one that doesn’t - more fool me!! I hope there’ll be suitable compensation offered… (oh hang on, April fools has been and gone)
