Crystals are ok, but really just wanted my saved up/ lost energy fixed. The countdown isn't fixed and for all we know we're at negative 1 million energy. How long for it to resolve, and how much gear/shards are we missing out on while waiting for the negative energy to zero out and start gaining again?
Edit: just saw your latest update (up to 14 hours for negative energy to zero out). That answers my question. Better than days, I suppose. - @CG_SBCrumb. think you guys need to fix your fix and set every account to max fleet energy.

@CG_SBCrumb so the 150 crystals is to compensate those of us who have lost fleet energy? Or for us to use on the trial refreshes to get fleet energy working again? After we refresh once or twice, the amount of crystals needed for further refreshes outweighs the amount we were given.
Either way, the make good is far from enough for what some of us have lost. Actually, I can't tell if it is a make good, or it is for us to try and refresh fleet energy...- I'm still refreshing to zero and I refuse the refresh fleet energy until I'm confident that it won't go to zero.
I have force close multiple times as well. - why should i have to use crystals to refresh something the devs messed up on an update? That isn't right, even if they did give crystals to use to get me back to positive numbers that should be in compensation for their screw up not for me to use to fix their screw up

you either refresh it manually with the crystals you got, or you wait it out for your energy to get out of the negative on its own. it seems like everyone negative energy was different, its hard to say how negative it is. "mellamoroberto;c-1916441" wrote:

Please do not mark things resolved until it is 100% resolved. A large number of the player base still has zero energy and endless loop timer. Thanks, man. I know you’re just the messenger, but this is on the software engineers and the last patch.
