Flight of the Falcon - Forums vs Support

Most of the posts regarding the missed Flight of the Falcon, it's one-day delay, and the unnecessary resources (crystals) some people used are being closed by moderators with instructions to contact Support. I have just spent 20 minutes in a chat session with Support and their instructions are to post on forums. Imagine that! As many have said, and as I tried to explain to them, players used crystals to finish their farms in anticipation of the event occurring as advertised. The retroactive announcement of a 1-day delay results in many players having used these resources unnecessarily as they could have farmed for one more day. I asked for reasonable reimbursement of 300 crystals and was offered 1000 credits. I politely declined. It is important that this post remain open and that players add their own estimated over-spending and any attempts at resolution from Support.
