You can always save your best speed mods for FOO. Between him, Phasma's lead/TM and Kylo (don't remember if FOST can give TM) your team will have plenty of extra turns. Plus now Kylo hits harder and FOTFP has always been one of the best attackers in the game in terms of damage anyway. I'd say you can get to high places with speed mods, zetas and good gear with this team. Specially in this debuff meta.
The issue is getting that first move with FOO to get the momentum the team needs
