Free Pirate Shards - Who gets them?

How is it determined who gets the free shards and crystals today? Because several in my guild (and from other Discords) have gotten them, but I have not. After I didn't get the free 250 crystals a mo...

Hello,

I have not received the popups for the Brutus, Vane, and Silvo pirate shards. I did recieve the 1000 crystals pop up a day later. I have cleared caches/uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and checked in my iPad, iPhone, and PC. Would appreciate help in recieving these shards.
