Frustrated over CG lack of GAF

I am writing to voice my frustration over the complete you guys fed us on this new Leviathan ship. For the amount of time, money and effort that was put into getting what you advertised as "the best of the best over Prof and Executor" is complete trash!!! First you lock pretty much the most important skill behind getting it to 7* and then even at 6* it is absolute trash on defense. I am about to ask for all the money back that I spent on this as it was falsely advertised for what it would do. On top of that, the Tie Interceptor proving grounds is absolute trash as well!! I understand the difficulty should be challenging, but the fight and its requirement to beat it being all RNG is ridiculous. I'm using maxed out mods and top geared characters and still cannot 3* it. If you care anything about your player base, you would review these complaints and actually do something about it. You say you fixed the difficultly of it, when in fact, you just made it harder. Look at all the negative feedback you are getting for the above issues. What is your response, or do you just not care. This is absolute . Please do something to rectify the situation. A lot of us player base spend money on this game and you should do everything in your power to make things right......especially if you falsely put out information about things that are not as you say they are.

    I understand where you are coming from.
    I wouldn't mind if she is not absolutely hard on defence as long as she relatively easily could counter every fleet on offence. A strong offence fleet that can manage without much RNG or difficulty every fleet including mirrors would be enough for me.
    With not being absolutely hard on defence I do not mean that every fleet can counter her of course. But I also think some counters should obviously exist if we want to avoid a one ship meta, as long as not every other fleet can counter her.


    At this point if they just did something about the miserable mirror match situation, I'd be much happier with the fleet. As someone who's ended up on the wrong side of the coin flip far more often than not - it's extremely frustrating. I know the RNG will average out over time, but hitting a losing streak on the coin flip gives me serious pangs of buyers remorse. I don't know that the bug fixes currently on the board are going to address that - I feel like they won't. That said, I'm not ready to jump on the band wagon of folks yelling that Leviathan is trash - I really want to see what things look like when the bugs are fixed. I feel like it has tremendous potential and I look forward to Meathead's next post about it. I hope that comes soon.

    To OP: The community manager has already acknowledged several bugs, and asked for additional input from people that notice additional bugs in the same post. I have no doubt the dev team is working on it. Asking for low star viability isn't all together an unfair ask, but I think it's important to keep in perspective that anything less than 7* is not the finished product, and not intended to work at the same capacity and competence level that a fully upgraded ship is. 6* is a temporary condition - and while it's nice when things work well before they're fully upgraded, there's no rule saying they must, and personally I'd much rather they focus their attention on making sure that it works correctly when it IS fully upgraded considering the investment required.

    As for proving grounds... well I can't defend that. I do my very best to stay out of proving grounds. I've never needed to get shards from there and the only time I've played it was when the event was bugged. I can say that the difficulty level I saw there was on the extreme side. I share the opinion that some of these battles are way over-tuned to the point that they seem punitive to players that missed out. So you get to struggle through the battle, and then have to pay nearly $20 in crystals for the privilege of suffering through it again if you want to speed up the farm. It just doesn't make sense. On the bright side, you have the benefit of other peoples experience. There is more information available now on strategies and team comps than there was when proving grounds was released. I'd encourage you to check that out and work on purpose built teams to help you through it.
