Thats odd, I was lucky enough to get the 330 shard pack and have the cron, my ME isn't 7 star, Tier 6 shows 4 star ME needed:
Perhaps they haven't got ME at 4 star? Or is there another cron at Tier 7?
Description just says Morgan is required, no star level indicated. It feels like a 3-star Morgan would even work.
