@CG_SBCrumb @CG_Carrie I think it's worth going back through some previous dev threads on this issue.
4/2/18 - Original change to raid rewards.

Note: "all Raid tiers."
4/17/18 - Raid rewards rollback.

Note: "the entire player base."
@CG_SBCrumb you say you will continue to monitor the situation. How is it not obvious that the gap between regular and hSTR guilds (and therefore the players within those guilds) will get significantly wider, when it was already so wide to begin with? When the power lies at one end of the spectrum, how does not helping the other side achieve balance?
Again, I shouldn't have to choose between the 80m GP guild I've grown up with and a new guild to chase new gear I will need to stay competitive in fleet and arena. What you should want is for my 80m GP to be incentivized to reach hSTR. This can't be done by simply adding some JTR and a Yoda rework (unless you're going to make Yoda as killer as JTR in the raid). hSTR takes entire teams to gear. Leaving lower tier rewards in place, when the entire community (including those doing hSTR) understands they're currently inadequate, does nothing to help guilds reach their full potential.
I've got a good roster. I could go join an hSTR guild today. I shouldn't have to.

After monitoring how guilds are progressing through the challenging Sith Triumvirate Raid, we've significantly revamped the rewards across all Raid tiers. After monitoring early results & player feedback, we will do a similar pass on AAT & Pit Raid rewards in the coming weeks.

We have done some serious thinking about our intention with the original reward change and its rollout, and we've realized the net effect has gone too far to diminish the value of the Sith Raid to players while it is still relatively new, especially to the very top end of the rankings in higher Tiers. We will be revisiting reward changes in May along with Gear XII 5/6 so that we can more effectively balance rewards and progression for the entire player base, but in the meanwhile, we have decided to completely roll back all the changes to the way they were prior to the update on 4/11/18.
