Ohh thats sneaky. I would definately be pissed if i lost that way.
Its definately against the spirit of the game but others would see it as a 'tactic'.
They need to fix auto fill to ANY free spots, not just if the whole field is empty

He actually did you a favor.....if he had set his worst toons on D instead of leaving them empty, he would have gotten more banners. You get the clear banner for every section that is empty anyway. But he could have gotten more banners from setting defensive teams than you could have gotten from beating those teams. So you would have lost anyway even if he put garbage defenses up....you would have actually lost worse than you did. Unfortunately, the way this particular map is set up, ships have a disproportionate impact on the results. It's still lame what he did but that's not why you lost.

Its just the same people come back with same old I wanted to crush my opponent but the matchmaking is so bad they did not want to play so just set one team.

And what's funnier than the first two posts.. is that they are asking the people who made the problem to fix it. got to be able to play their mismatch get their saaaaateeeeeessfaaaccctiiooon

guys saying he played a guy who lost 700 points by not setting any teams. and still lost....baloney

Ships is a vital part of this game.

My current matchup, we shall see how things roll. We both are sitting at 2.1mil gp, and this is the worse I've been out matched (he has 19 g12 vs my 11 g12, his jkr is like much faster than mine). But for some strange reason, he doesn't have thrawn, and his ships are gawd awful. So I don't see how he's taking out my 7*, g12 zeta'd hounds tooth, so I set that on defense, made a least a challenge for him on squads defense, but saved my big teams for offense, my jkr team should be able to beat his or at least cripple it if I play it correctly, so we shall see how it plays out and if I can manage a victory. If I clear his fleet (which I should with what I saved plus my thrawn capital ship) and most if not all his squads, I should be in business

Forgive the ignorance due to the probably over aggressive censorship.... But Han's ****** fleet (rebels). What exactly is the makeup you mean? Assume Han's millennium falcon, but what else is this nasty squad?

How did you lose, if he didn't get the defense-setting points. If someone's doing that on purpose for strategy, they need to work on their math skills. You should have won a very easy round. You should be able to beat a falcon fleet by now, geez.

Did you even read the post? This isn’t a case of somebody refusing to set defense because he’s outmatched and knows he can’t win. The person who mostly didn’t set defense then cleared the OP’s board.
