GAC Matchmaking isn’t ready for Relic Delta

In short:

RDs maybe actually better for the OPs scenario (it will push larger accounts back to where they should be).

RDs are going to be a castrative for those that always punch up.  "Trying hard?  Well we'll fix that!"

Sadly this is the truth, larger accounts (mostly paying players) will be rewarded simply because they are bigger. meanwhile somebody who trully figures out the game but has lesser time - didn't invest as much will be punished for those exact reasons. Imagine this system in lets say cod (call of duty for the ones that don't know), people who buy the superior gun gets the advantage in the gunfight while people who have been playing the game for decades, and know everything there is to know about winning gunfights get beaten every single time, because the other guy (started playing yesterday) bought the gun at a higher level. This would call outrage.... Don't get me wrong, there could be benefits to delta, and something needs to change but it cannot be a paying race to r9-10...
