One of the issues for you is that there's something up with the squish right now. Which means you'll find it tougher and tougher to stay in Kyber 3. You'll most likely be pushed down to a division where you'll find this more manageable.
If you're climbing, you should rarely have the GP advantage, that's how the system works and is fair. The better you do, the harder it gets, but the better the rewards.
If it were a 50/50 split (GP advantage) what percentage would you win? 90...95? Winning so much, is that fair? Remember, for a system to allow you to win 95% of your matches, there's the other end where somebody is losing 95% of their matches. That, is not encouraging at all.

Well you're living proof that isn't the case. Being in K3 right now is pretty elite, with 10.5 GP, that's exceptional. You're getting close to maximum rewards.

Aside from crystals...Crystals are the lifeblood of the game.
The end of the day you've climbed exceptionally fast, winning an exceptional amount of your matches. If K3 is too hard, you'll slip down a little to where it isn't. The system will find the place you should be. GP is an extremely poor way of match making.
However, as it's already explained. GP match making (although a poor match making quantifier) isn't the major problem. The problem is that it would affect every other aspect of the game. That's possibly OK in a lot of games, but a collecting game where we're forced to collect the new, shiny characters, it just doesn't work.
I think you have to make peace that you will only win 50/60% of your games, but get better rewards for being in Kyber. If you can't do that, well...you have a problem.
