As I said, GCs reward roster depth, among other things. 

The devs aren’t required to make events that every player can complete with whatever they have geared up. 

I agree that you shouldn’t be able to use the same team to complete all of the GC feats. However, the global modifier shouldn’t actively contradict one of the feats. This problem has nothing to do with roster depth, as no matter what squad you throw at the GC they will encounter the same issue. What CG should have done is try to code it so the granted ability doesn’t count to Simple Tricks.

Which is why I took back my comment of it being "scummy", but that I was frustrated my usual Simple Tricks team couldn't do anything

Disagree that it’s nothing to do with Roster Depth. The simple tricks feat is easy to complete with a number of teams and each of them takes a couple of minutes tops. Someone else in this thread has already admitted that their inability to complete the feat is the source of their frustration. If their roster was deeper, they wouldn’t be frustrated. 

If the modifier made the feat impossible to achieve fair enough, but all it does is add a small amount of challenge - which after all is the name of the Game Mode. 

What’s your ally code? You may be sitting on something that would do the job.

My CLS team isn't quite up to snuff, but it's normally good enough for Simple Tricks and is my best team for it, hence my frustration. I am trying to get them levelled up more but I don't want to push relics just to get 3PO, and Kneesa is a nightmare to farm.

DarjeloSalas​ Sorry if I didn’t make myself clear, but I believe you may have misinterpreted one of my previous statements. My frustration with the GC (strictly speaking for myself here) was not with the challenge associated with the Simple Tricks feat, but with the inability to make use of Thunderous Applause. Because, no matter what team you use, it is impossible to call in a swarm attack with Thunderous Applause and still meet the requirements for Simple Tricks.

Yeah, you look a little light for this one. Hats off to you if a CLS team with non-relic 3PO and 4* 3PO and Chewy usually works on top tier. 

Might be worth trying Traya lead with 4 other Sith. The Inquisitors will damage themselves a lot, and you might survive long enough to use event special 3 times. You could do with some of the Sith tanks at relics though. 

I didn’t misinterpret what you said, though I do thank you for being so polite in the way you suggested that. 

I don’t think that one of the event modifiers being somewhat incompatible with one of the feats is a big deal. I don’t think it’s unique to this Challenge either. 

Besides, Thunderous Applause absolutely does help you achieve the other feats, and players have to work out a way to complete Simple Tricks (and only that feat) without it.
