Galactic Challenges - Undermanned Not working?
In the last challenge, and in this one, 4 characters are not receiving undermanned rewards. I have to battle with 3. While 3 is undermanned, so is 4. Am I the only one?

No summoned unit by my squad. I am using GG. I am going in with fewer than 5 units. That is undermanned. Making me take 3 is more stupidity from CG. Counting something I have no control over is BS.
