I'm just curious how different would he look in comparison to the original Thrawn already in-game?

For a start, he won't have the Empire tag, just the Imperial Remnant tag

He'll have a different suit (like the one in the image above), and his moveset will be based on exploiting weaknesses in the enemies, and he'll deal a negative status effect to an enemy depending on whether they're an Attacker, Tank, Support or Healer
