Yup, bring him in arena and might as well be 4v5.

He's going to have a role. Grievous Wounds and Sinister Laugh together make him unique, and I'd imagine a HUGE pest if nothing else. He looks like he'll be a bit of a demotivator, which is a good thing. We need toons that halt momentum.
