Profit. - and get ready for a slow grind. Outside of top 3 you get 6 shards (it's normalized for 3-50 - which is good IMO). Two hAAT raids a week (sometimes 3) is 12 shards a week. 145 shards to unlock which means 3 months to unlock him. Plus his gear requirements are astronomical.

Guildmate took him from 0 to G11 in like 2 mins. He'd been waiting for a long time and to be first in a heroic guild means you probably have everything maxed for quite a while, a long time to be collecting inventory.
