can you please, please, guve me a good and simple explanation on how to farm him?

and get ready for a slow grind. Outside of top 3 you get 6 shards (it's normalized for 3-50 - which is good IMO). Two hAAT raids a week (sometimes 3) is 12 shards a week. 145 shards to unlock which means 3 months to unlock him. Plus his gear requirements are astronomical.
