A month (or 2 TWs/GACs) after the time it takes to save the full 70k GET seems fair. (Maybe longer)
Give the players/guilds who unlocked the first round an advantage for a little. It would be a mistake to release the event if it allows nonhoarding players to all unlock and 7* together.
