General Veers farm question

as it was announced General Veers will be/was removed out of the Chromium Packs but atm he is onlly farmable in the hard node, will it be introduced to the cantina/gw shop?

I've been benching Sidious and Dooku for a while and they're all 7* and geared OK - just haven't been wanting to play them. Now that they've re-done a bunch of characters, they are "new to me again".
