A little more background info on what happened: My level 65 units cleared tier 7 of the Coliseum. I had Luke lead, Bariss, Vader, IG90, Chewie/Yoda. I believe it was the Zeffos boss's event. Anyway, my expectation was that my team was going to lose because usually they do, but they managed to defeat all 3 of the Zeffos. From what I can remember, the Zeffos bosses were not using their AOE's as much, also missing their attacks due to Chewie/Yoda's foresight, also Chewie/Yoda and Bariss were healing my characters along in the fight with Bariss, constantly attacking out of turn because of the purge ability. But the team, all together with each of the unique abilities, were able to defeat all 3 of the Zeffos. Once they cleared it, I was met with a false ban and a message saying I had been banned for cheating in the Coliseum. I never cheated. I had a good RNG run, just look at the history of my account and take in the whole totality of the circumstances. I know the game is facing a problem with the wrongful banning of legitimate players. Please, all I ask is for my account to be restored. I never cheated in this game and invested time and money in it that I do not want to lose due to a false ban. Thank you
Sorry but reading that lvl 65 beat tier 7 is not luck or skills is it purely alterned stats or bug abuse. Even if boss is not doing aoe eventually by lowering boss health he get more dmg/defense to the point of you hitting 1 and boss one tapping your unit using basic attack.
Im not saying this was intentional or not. But clearly gane picked something that wasn't supposed to happen.
Also dont forget when you apear in the colloseum ranking systems. Other can see your profile and character so you probably got reported so much ingame that caused the ban
I get what you are saying, but that is what happened. I am not the only player who managed to beat this tier. Look around on the forums. You have to take in the whole totality of the situation. I personally don't like Coliseum was doing it for the daily challenge. I play for the GAC aspect of this game. I never cheated in this game and was wrongfully banned for no reason. If you were to apply this to real life, that's like saying I am guilty of a crime I did not commit. And have to accept the sentence without cause or evidence against me, saying I did something.

I lost my account exactly like this and I have not cheated or aboused bugs on an online game before. Never.
So I don't know who you are, but what you just said is 100% wrong. It's all the **bleep** coding and buggy game....
