Ghosts of Dathomir bonus tier
I’m level 75 and still only have Tier one. Isn’t the bonus tier supposed to open at level 70. I was lower than 70 last time the event happened.

I used my clone squad and finished with everyone still having full protection and health. They got me through both tiers last time out so just used them again this time
