Ghosts of Dathomir bonus tier
I’m level 75 and still only have Tier one. Isn’t the bonus tier supposed to open at level 70. I was lower than 70 last time the event happened.

Also, I don't know what is going to be worse.... when, say, in a few years... I 7* one of them... or it takes twice as long to 7* them both ~ equally. That's with doing the 900 Refresh, btw.
