Gifted LSB Not Delivered, Payment Taken

Hi,

When the LSB gift bundles first came out around Feb 21, I purchased one as a gift to a guildmate. However, despite the transaction completing, the guildmate never received the bundle. I raised a support request using in-game help, and just receive responses that the issue is under investigation and to wait. Having tried to go back via in-game help a few more times more recently, including linking to the Dev update that gifting issues should be resolved and to raise a support request if still having trouble (https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/268643/updated-investigation-gifting#latest) I am still just told it's being investigated and wait.

At this point we're ~2 weeks down the track, bundles are about to leave the store, and I am still unable to either get a refund, or the gift delivered to the recipient.

Can you please advise the correct process to have this resolved?

    Hi @Inphinitfx,

    I've been looking into what can be done but there's nothing from our side, sadly. The support team would need to look into this. I've sent in a report to flag this behaviour on the support side of things so I'm hoping that helps with how advisors assist with this. Could you try it again?

  • i am also having this same issue help ticket  is a joke.

    i keep getting how can we help you i  keep repeating the same thing over and over again and getting a new person everytime. this is very bad to see this big of an issue they got a lot of moeny from these light bundles i bet and dont care to fix  it. 

    what i am the most upset about is how they deal with the people that have this issue. it shouldnt be this hard to get information on what going on. shouldnt be this hard to send someone the correct bundle.  been over a month and still contacting the help and them asking how can we help you. both the person who gifted and me the one who was gifted the lsb are getting same thing
