Gifted LSB Not Delivered, Payment Taken
Hi,
When the LSB gift bundles first came out around Feb 21, I purchased one as a gift to a guildmate. However, despite the transaction completing, the guildmate never received the bundle. I raised a support request using in-game help, and just receive responses that the issue is under investigation and to wait. Having tried to go back via in-game help a few more times more recently, including linking to the Dev update that gifting issues should be resolved and to raise a support request if still having trouble (https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/268643/updated-investigation-gifting#latest) I am still just told it's being investigated and wait.
At this point we're ~2 weeks down the track, bundles are about to leave the store, and I am still unable to either get a refund, or the gift delivered to the recipient.
Can you please advise the correct process to have this resolved?

I've been looking into what can be done but there's nothing from our side, sadly. The support team would need to look into this. I've sent in a report to flag this behaviour on the support side of things so I'm hoping that helps with how advisors assist with this. Could you try it again?
