@nite0wl29 No, the problem with trying to get IOS apps running on a PC is Apple keeps a tight commercial grip on that system. They don't legally allow anyone to develop IOS emulators or ports for PC, and they don't provide IOS's source code to the public (which would be a big help to people who want to develop emulators or ports). Anyone who tries it without permission (which they wouldn't get if they asked) is begging to get sued.
Android on the other hand is "open source." Google provides the source code to the public. They allow developers to create versions of Android for PC. That's a deliberate commercial decision on Google's part. That's why there are so many options available for running Android on PC, or running Android apps in Windows.
