You do get more then just the items in battles... You also get credits and ship credits... Might be nice to include these in your calculations. You can buy credits at rate of 1k per crystal...

I did a test run on 9-F. For 10 energy I got 1380 credits and 500 ship credits.

Going by your 4100 estimate thats 410 battles, So you would also gain 560k credits and 200k ship credits...

So 750 crystals worth of credits...
