Google plus account
Game can't open because I deleted Google plus account as it is stopping in april. Cannot open another Google plus account. SWGOH cannot boot and prompts to open a new account

I think you deleted your whole Google-Account. Never saw that the single features (Play, Play Games, Plus, Music,...) have own accounts.
So you deleted everything including Play Games... which is required to save your game stuff.
Try to restore your goggle-account.
